Flags are review warnings, not proof of errors. Locale Delta does not translate, judge language quality or guarantee release correctness.

PRIVACY

No network requests or transmitted analytics. Optional device-local counters default off. Checkout is separate.

SUPPORTED FORMATS / LIMITS

• UTF-8 CSV; comma or semicolon; quoted delimiters, doubled quotes, multiline cells, CRLF and BOM.

• Up to 2 MiB per file, 20,000 data rows, 64 columns.

• First column: case-sensitive unique key. Remaining columns: unique language headers.

• Blank source/target cells are flagged.

• Missing required columns, malformed CSV, invalid UTF-8, duplicate headers/keys and blank keys are rejected.

• Placeholder subset: {name}, %s, %d, %f and numbered forms such as %1$s.

• ICU, printf width/precision and engine-specific syntax require manual review.

• Desktop browser workflow; tested in Chromium. No native executable or engine integration.

AI DEVELOPMENT DISCLOSURE

Development used AI coding assistance with human-directed engineering review, deterministic tests and real browser QA. Documentation, marketing text and the vector cover were also AI-assisted. Screenshots show the actual tool with sample data. No generative image model or audio assets were used.

Runtime is deterministic and non-AI. Customer CSV processing is local, with no upload.
